Terms of Service
Effective date: March 22, 2026
1. About Droply
Droply (droply.run) is an instant HTML/CSS/JavaScript page publishing service operated as a solo project. It lets you — or an AI agent acting on your behalf — deploy a web page and receive a public URL within seconds, with no sign-up required.
By using Droply (the website, the MCP server, or any associated API), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the service.
2. The Free Tier
Currently Droply is free for everyone. The free tier includes:
- Up to 3 active pages per token
- Pages are automatically deleted after 30 days of creation
- A "Published with Droply" badge is displayed on every free page
- No uptime or availability guarantees
These limits are subject to change. We will update these Terms before any changes take effect.
3. Token-Based Access
Droply does not require an account. Instead, access is controlled via a personal access token you can obtain at droply.run/token.
- Your token is your credential — treat it like a password
- Lost tokens cannot be recovered; you will need to generate a new one
- Anyone who holds your token can deploy, update, and delete your pages
- We store only a one-way hash (SHA-256) of your token — we cannot read the original
If you believe your token has been compromised, revoke it immediately from your dashboard and generate a new one.
4. Content & Your Responsibilities
You retain ownership of all content you publish through Droply. By publishing content, you grant Droply a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, serve, and cache that content for the purpose of operating the service.
You are solely responsible for everything you publish. You must not use Droply to publish or distribute:
- Phishing pages, credential-harvesting forms, or deceptive content
- Malware, ransomware, exploit kits, or any malicious code
- Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this is an absolute prohibition
- Spam, unsolicited advertising, or content designed to manipulate search engines
- Content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours
5. Auto-Deletion & Data Retention
Free-tier pages are permanently deleted 30 days after creation. This is not a soft limit — content is removed from our storage (Cloudflare R2 and D1) and cannot be recovered after deletion.
If you need permanent hosting, save a local copy of your content before the expiry date.
Droply badge requirements: every page hosted on the free tier must display the "Published with Droply" attribution badge. Removing or hiding the badge via CSS or JavaScript is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate page deletion.
6. AI Agent Usage
Droply is designed to be used by AI agents (for example, Claude via the MCP server). When an AI agent publishes a page using your token:
- You — the person who configured or provided the token — are responsible for the published content
- "The AI generated it" is not a defence against violations of these Terms
- You should only grant token access to agents or applications you trust
7. Takedowns & Termination
We reserve the right to remove any page, revoke any token, or suspend access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
To report abusive content or request a takedown, email legal@droply.run.
8. DMCA / Copyright
Droply respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content hosted on droply.run infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to legal@droply.run with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- The URL(s) of the infringing content on droply.run / run.droply.run
- Your contact information and a statement of good faith belief
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will act on valid notices promptly. Counter-notices are handled under 17 U.S.C. § 512.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Droply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, data durability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Droply's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to zero dollars ($0), reflecting the fact that the service is provided free of charge.
In no event will Droply be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or lost profits.
10. Infrastructure & Third Parties
Droply runs on Cloudflare infrastructure (Pages, Workers, R2, D1, KV). All traffic passes through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to any data processed by their network.
Authentication (optional sign-in) is provided via Google OAuth. Google's Terms of Service apply when you sign in with Google.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Droply after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For significant changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users (for example, via a notice on the homepage).
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of France.
